Vinaigrette with herring

Herring soaked in water, separated from the bones and skin, cut into pieces. Potatoes beets and carrots boil, cool, cut into cubes. Cucumbers finely chop. All mix, mayonnaise and vinegar to taste, season with salt, garnish slices of herring with green salad and a flower from the egg.

  • 1 herring
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 beet
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 pickles
  • 1 welded into a hard-boiled egg
  • 150 g of mayonnaise
  • vinegar
  • salt
