Salad with smoked fish

Cod or sea bass, hot smoked cut into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Cucumbers and apples peeled and cut into small pieces, add chopped eggs. Green onions and parsley shred. All mix and fill with vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

  • 200 g hot-smoked fish
  • one small cucumber and tomato
  • half Apple
  • green onion chopped 2 tbs.
  • 1 egg, parsley
  • 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp 9% vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
