Flounder fried

Fish processed, cut into portions, salt, breaded in flour and fry in fat until browned. Then bring to readiness in the oven. When serving the fish, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, sprinkle with lemon juice, pour heated vegetable oil and sprinkled with bread crumbs.

On a garnish submit boiled potatoes, slices of lemon. All flounder fried “in Bulgarian” ready. Bon appetit!
