Fish baked in the oven with vegetables

Fish to cut, leaving pieces with skin and rib bones, cut into portions and lay on a greased baking sheet. Separately, fry in butter the chopped onion and celery, cook until soft. Then add flour browned vegetables, diluted 1 tbsp. hot water, salt, chopped garlic, black pepper, Bay leaf, bring to boil and pour the sauce over laid on the pan fish.

  • 1.2 kg pike-perch or carp
  • 200 g fresh tomatoes
  • 100 g onions
  • 150 g butter
  • 30 g of celery root
  • clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 lemon
  • salt
  • parsley
  • black pepper
  • Bay leaf — to taste
