Cod fillets in the oven

Peel the potatoes, boil until soft in salted water. Clean the fennel and slice. One lemon scalded with boiling water, peel, squeeze juice. The cumin mixed with the juice and lemon zest and season with salt. Marinade to coat the pieces of cod and leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Cut the potato slices to medium thickness.Put in the form, add the pieces of fennel and all together pour half of the olive oil. Put in the oven for 10 minutes. Pickled fish put on the grill and bake for about 15 minutes. Then shift to a form with potatoes and fennel.

Again bake 20 minutes. Can also be served with this dish of olives. All the cod fillets in the oven “sailor” is ready. Bon appetit!

  • 800 gr of potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 fennel root
  • 4 cod fillets with skin 200g
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
