Carp fried with sour cabbage

Carp fried

Peeled and washed carp cut into pieces with skin and rib bones, cut into portions, salt, sprinkle with black pepper, breaded in flour and fry in oil until Golden brown. Separately fry onion and tomato puree, add the shredded cabbage, season with salt, add water or broth and simmer until soft.

Then the cabbage transfer to a baking tray and put the fish pieces and roast in the oven. All carp fried with sour cabbage is ready. Bon appetit!

  • 1.2 kg carp
  • 800 g of sauerkraut
  • 1.5 tbsp flour
  • 100 g tomato puree
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g onions
  • 0,5 tbsp. water or broth
  • ground black pepper
  • salt — to taste
